Think how nice will be send out SMS messages using the flexibility of FileMaker PRO Database... With Foxbox is possible in just one click.

There are two methods for sending Short Messages from filemaker, the first methos is to pass parameters to the open URL function of your script as shown below in the fully working example.

All you have to do is to pass the correct parameters as shown in the example to the open URL function inside your scriptmaker window.

The second methos is to use FoxBox SMTP gateway utility to run a local SMTP server on your machine.

To use this example you have to setup your default mail accaout SMTP to the IP of the PC (if local localhost) and port that you configured inside the SMTP gateway simulator utility. Use as recipent of the SMS the syntax This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and press send, automatically the system will dispatch  SMS messages to provided destination.

For Incoming SMS messages you can simply import it from one of the format provided by Foxbox Desktop utilities .
